A building shows no sale history. Sale and mortgage documents for Staten Island are recorded with the Richmond County Clerk rather than the City Register, so they do not appear in ACRIS and Propleft has nothing to show for those lots. For the other four boroughs, a building with no history is usually one that has not changed hands since electronic recording began.
A sale shows no amount. About three quarters of recorded deeds declare no consideration. That is a property of the public record, not a gap in Propleft. Where an amount exists, it is shown exactly as filed.
The owner is shown as a company, not a person. Propleft displays the party that receives the tax bill, and only when that party is an entity such as an LLC, corporation or trust. Names of individuals are never shown.
How do I cancel Pro? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On iPhone: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Mac: App Store, click your name, then Account Settings.
How do I delete my account? In the app, open Account and choose Delete Account. Everything tied to it is removed immediately and permanently.
Property characteristics, zoning and assessed values come from PLUTO, published by the NYC Department of City Planning. Sale and mortgage records come from ACRIS, published by the NYC Department of Finance. Building footprints come from the NYC Department of Buildings. Addresses are resolved through NYC GeoSearch. All of it is published on NYC Open Data.
